IDC Retail Insights has analysed the international presence and product portfolio of prudsys, confirming that the German real-time personalisation and recommendations specialist is highly competitive.

IDC Global Retail Insights, a subsidiary of IDC, is a global consultancy and market research company. One of its key services is providing consultancy to retailer managers on targeted technology investments and it offers solid analysis in the form of up-to-date studies.

IDC Retail Insights has analysed prudsys as a supplier of recommendations and personalisation solutions for commerce and compared it to its competitors. The criteria examined focussed on the needs of CIO's in commerce, such as the type and future-orientation of technology, implementation costs, licensing and price models, partnerships and networks, and customer projects that have already been implemented.

According to Christine Bardwell, an analyst at IDC Retail Insights, prudsys and its recommendations and personalisation solution, prudsys RDE (Realtime Decisioning Engine), are highly competitive worldwide.

Faster return of investment
According to IDC Retail Insights prudsys products increase income within a short period of time and have a fast return of investment.

Need-oriented solution models
According to IDC Retail Insights, factors including the globalisation of online retail, the personalisation of offerings in E-commerce and above all in bricks and mortar shops will become increasingly important.
To meet the increasing requirements in the market and for customers optimally, prudsys focuses on continual further development of real-time solutions for improved functionality and performance. With its wide range of prudsys RDE modules, prudsys already offers technological options that can handle future challenges.

References from well-known companies
Many national and international companies have put their faith in prudsys, which now works for around 150 companies in various sectors, including around 80 retail companies (OTTO Group, C&A, Conrad Electronic, Tchibo, Esprit, Rocket Internet, Neckermann, Heine, Baur, HP etc.)

Retail companies in particular can gain a lot from working with prudsys according to Christine Bardwell, because prudsys has a lot of project experience from the projects that it has already implemented and it is well established in the European market.
